Orders are filled within two business days from order date. All orders shipped via USPS 2-day Priority.
Free shipping on orders over $300, and a $5 flat rate will be applied to all other orders.
Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for in-store credit only. Credit card refunds are not allowed on any merchandise. All SALE merchandise, sunglasses, jewelry, bags/totes, shoes, hats, and scarves are a FINAL SALE and no returns will be allowed. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges and return unless there was a shipping error by Manhattan South.
All return requests must be made within 7 days from order delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that number should be printed on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance. Returns must be received by Manhattan South within 7 calendar days of the RA issue date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued. Authorizations will be issued for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and are in perfect condition with original tags attached.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY
If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If we can not make successful contact with you and do not receive a response from you within 14 days, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.
9% Sales Tax will be applied to Alabama residents.
