Return Policy

Any eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Credit card refunds are not permitted. All marked down SALE items, sunglasses, jewelry, bags, swim, and hats are FINAL SALE. No returns/exchanges will be approved.

 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was a shipping error by Manhattan South.

 A request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days from order delivery by emailing returns@manhattansouth.net. We will email you an RA# that should be printed on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance. Returns must be received by Manhattan South within 7 days of the RA issue date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued. A credit or exchange will be issued for unworn items that have not been altered or washed and all items must have their original tags attached. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages en route to us.

 Shipping Policy

Orders are filled within two business days from order date. All orders are shipped via USPS. A $7.99 flat rate shipping charge is applied to all orders. Please contact Manhattan South if you require expedited shipping.

 Return to Sender Policy

If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If we can not make successful contact with you within 14 days, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods. Unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.

 Sales Tax

10% Sales Tax will be applied to Alabama residents.
