SHIPPING POLICY
Manhattan South orders are filled as promptly as possible. All shipping is done via FedEx. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. We require a signature on all the deliveries. Ground service usually takes 5-7 business days if article in stock or express takes usually 1-3 business days if article in stock.
RETURN POLICY
All requests for a return authorization must be made within 10 business days from the date of shipping by calling Manhattan South at 205.977.3871. Once you receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that number should be imprinted on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total minus shipping expenses, if any.
Authorizations will be issued only for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and are in perfect condition with the original price tag still attached.
All sales items, bathing suits, lingerie and jewelry are FINAL SALE. Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Manhattan South for exchanges and return unless Manhattan South has sent wrong size or item.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY
If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package two more times, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, FedEx will hold onto the package for 3 days then return the package(s) to the original sender. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may choose to have your purchase(s) refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we do not receive a response from you, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipment from Manhattan South your original shipping fees will not be refunded.
SALES TAX
9% Sales Tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to Alabama residents.
